These guns have been shot and used in CAS.
They were new, now they are used. (and better for it)
They have very minor scratches on the Nic.
Nothing more than you would get in a season of shooting CAS.
These guns, have both been, Professionally, ’Tuned’, and ‘Polished’!
But, NOT , ‘Ground On’. They will fire ALL Primers.
They are not the, ‘wimpy’, slow moving hammers,
tuned to fire only the softest primers.
Then have been, ’smoothed’, & ‘Polished’.
(Original main springs, ‘Polished’).
| The Cylinders have been ‘just touched’, with a NEW, 38-40 reamer, and the shoulder has been taken out a frogs hair longer, so the shells just, 'Drop' in the chamber. Forcing cone polished. The Chambers, have NOT, been polished to a mirror finish, so fired shells just drop out. Reason, that is counter productive. Even at low CAS loads, you want your brass shells to Expand, to Hold themselves in the chamber, so there is NOT undue pressure, on the frame. It is what they were DESIGNED to do! |

It will NOT, be, 18 to 25 MONTHS, after you PAY for them,
and also have to wait, another 2-4 MONTHS,
to get Custom Grips, and Tuning done.
These are ready, NOW !
Shoot them in a CAS shoot, the day you get them!
These also come with a factory Wood and factory Black hard rubber grip.
And a white custom oversleave, with the blue box inside, (for ser # S264xxA),
which is 7.5” from Factory. The Other one, came with a 4-5/8” bbl, which was never shot.
Got the Last 7.5” Colt, barrel from Brownells, had it Professionally installed.
(The 4-5/8” Nic bbl is included)
